Hair Service Terms & Conditions

Your time is valuable, and so is mine. To provide the best possible service and maintain fairness for all clients, please take a moment to read and understand the following policies before booking.


By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms, which are in place to ensure a professional, respectful, and fair experience for both client and stylist.


💳 Deposits & Booking

  • All appointments require a  deposit to secure your time slot.
  • The deposit is applied to your final service unless a late cancellation or no-show occurs.
  • Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.


📆 Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • 48+ hours notice: You may cancel or reschedule with a full deposit refund.
  • 24–48 hours notice: You may reschedule your appointment, but the deposit becomes non-refundable and will be applied to your next treatment.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: The deposit is forfeited.
  • No-shows: The deposit is lost, and a new one is required to rebook.


⏱️ Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time to avoid cutting into your appointment.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule to avoid affecting other clients, and your deposit may be forfeited.


⚠️ Repeat Cancellations

  • After three (3) late cancellations or no-shows, you will no longer be allowed to book future appointments.


💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are only given when appointments are cancelled more than 48 hours in advance.
  • If a service has been rendered, no refunds will be issued.
  • Gift cards, promotional offers, and deposits outside the stated policy are non-refundable.


💬 Exceptions

I understand that life happens emergencies, illness, and unexpected events are part of reality.

  • If you are experiencing an emergency or genuine illness, please contact me directly. I may, at my discretion, make a one-time exception to the policy.
  • These exceptions are handled case-by-case, and documentation (such as a doctor’s note) may be requested in certain circumstances.


💇‍♀️ Consultations & Patch Tests

  • Colour and chemical services may require a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
  • Failure to complete the patch test when required will result in cancellation of your appointment, and the deposit will be forfeited.


💸 Pricing & Payments

  • Prices listed are starting prices and may vary based on hair length, thickness, condition, or time required.
  • Final pricing will be discussed during your consultation before the service begins.
  • Full payment is due at the time of your appointment.
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, card. and bank transfer.


🔁 Refunds

  • Refunds are only offered when cancellations are made more than 48 hours in advance.
  • Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be given.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, please see the Satisfaction Policy below.


❤️ Satisfaction Policy

If you are unhappy with your hair after your appointment, please contact me within 3 days.

  • I will offer a one-time adjustment (at no extra cost), provided:
  • The issue is due to an error in service, not a change of mind.
  • You followed the recommended aftercare instructions.
  • No corrections will be made after 3 days or if hair has been altered by another stylist.


📸 Photos & Social Media

  • I may take before-and-after photos for portfolio or social media use.
  • If you prefer not to be photographed or shared, just let me know — your privacy will always be respected.


👩‍👧 Children & Guests

  • To maintain a calm and safe salon environment, children and additional guests are not permitted unless they have an appointment or it’s been pre-arranged.


❗ Right to Refuse Service

Your comfort and mine are equally important. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is:

  • Disrespectful, abusive, or behaves inappropriately
  • Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Late beyond the grace period
